“Winter Dinners” at Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse à l’Hôtel de Paris

 
 

Chef Dominique Lory invites you to discover his new “Winter Dinners” tasting menu in the legendary setting of the restaurant Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse à l’Hôtel de Paris.

More than ever, this combination of dishes tells the story of the Riviera…

Bursting with flavour, this menu features some of the chef’s finest creations paired, if you like, with wines selected by Chef Sommelier Noël Bajor.

 

For your starter, try the Fine shellfish and chilled sea flavoured chick peas, or the Cookpot of milletforest mushrooms and kale. For the main dish, we recommend the Steamed blue lobsterwinter vegetables, and juniper, or the Wood-grilled young guinea fowl from Landessalsify and puntarelle. Finally, for the dessert, we suggest the Warm blood orange soufflé and ginger sorbet, or the Rum baba of your choosing with half-whipped cream.
