Russian Gastronomy Week at the Blue Bay


From 29 November to 2 December, come taste the delicious specialities prepared by Chef Andreï Ryvkine.

Saison-GastroBBRussian Week will be held at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort in collaboration with the association Rencontres Internationales de la gastronomie.

From 29 November to 2 December, the Franco-Russian chef duo will present their new menus including Russian and French dishes at the Blue Bay.

Chef Andreï Ryvkine joins us from Moscow to cook delicious gastronomic Russian dishes with our Chef Marcel Ravin.


On the menu: culinary and cultural discoveries in a festive atmosphere. Out with the popular belief that Russian cuisine is too rustic! Refinement and elegance will reign at your table filled with decidedly gourmet culinary creations.
