The one and only Morelli’s Gelato is reopening its ice cream stand at the Café de Paris


Artisan ice cream makers in England for over one hundred years, the Morellis have succeeded in blending British elegance and refinement with the freshness and savoir-faire of authentic Italian ice cream masters. Their recipe, handed down over five generations, has made Morelli’s one of the world’s leading luxury ice cream makers.


This is the place to find delicious summer flavours, colours and sundaes. The ice cream is prepared daily with brand new machines operated by the Café de Paris pastry chefs and bartenders specially trained at Morelli’s Birmingham laboratory in manufacturing, production and presentation techniques. 

The vast selection of flavours on offer are also available to take away.


Try one of the delicious €16 sundaes: a Banana Split (vanilla ice cream, fresh banana, raspberry sauce and whipped cream) or a Morelli’s Bacio (chocolate, hazelnut and vanilla ice cream accompanied by a chocolate truffle, Piedmont hazelnuts, chocolate and hazelnut sauce presented in a chocolate cup with a wafer and whipped cream).
