Jacky Oberti creates a healthy food and pleasure go hand in hand


Jacky Oberti, chef of Hirondelle, creates balanced dishes with simple produce, like organic salmon.


Inspired by the seasons, the chef of the Monte-Carlo Thermes Marins restaurant creates a new menu every day based on the availability of fresh produce.


Against the backdrop of L’Hirondelle’s soothing atmosphere and panoramic view of Port Hercule, the plates are adorned with a riot of colors.


A  calorie-counting menu santé featuring gluten-free, detox, no sauce and no added sugar dishes is proposed.


Selected by attention, fruits and vegetables should only be picked when ripe and bursting with essential nutrients. The menu includes Piedmontese beef, organic salmon tartare and grilled Mediterranean prawns.


A wide variety of organic bread and pasta is made in house. One of the eatery’s specialities is a crispy iced lemon tart.
